Here are my drying paintings that I’ll frame on Tuesday and bring to Emerald Downs Art Show on Wednesday or Thursday.
The top of the tryptic is flat and the underwater portion I put three layers of translucent green oil. I used a leaf blower to make it smooth!

My favorite part is his leg because it expresses the unknown, unique and complicated reality of mudcaked socks (practically) and legs seemingly strapped on the horse.
Brace yourself for a stunning eye ball! This is an alteration of a photo I found on google, but can’t find again to credit. Hopefully I won’t be disqualified.
