I get to illustrate a book by Mark Blair! He wrote a very cool poem. His daughter and my friend, Heila trusts me to illustrate it.
We met after not seeing each other since middle school and it was really fun. After 20 years, Heila is even cooler.
After talking through the book, we roughly created a story board and then, I kept at it and decided I’d have my children model. They are great actors!
Now, I’m painting away.
